Emotional Intelligence

"Anyone can become angry - that is easy. But to be angry with the right person, to the right degree, at the right time, for the right purpose, and in the right way - this is not easy"
(Aristóteles, The Nicomachean Ethics)

Today I bought the book "Emotional Intelligence" and the first phrase I read was that Aristotle's quote. Daniel Goleman (the author of the book) call it "Aristotle's Challenge"
I'm starting this book today, and that's why I can't write lots of information yet. But the most important thing to know for now is that Emotional Intelligence is responsible of great part of our success in life. Our IQ level is something that our parents gave us genetically and we have to handle with that and develop as much as possible, but it will never change. The life experiences can not improve or modify that level. In the other hand, the EI is something that we can teach to children. Skills like self-control, persistence and ability to motivate oneself can be developed and it will bring a good chance for the child to use in a better way the intellectual potential their parents have given them.
With the evolution of science it is possible to have more information about psyche and its (or ours) irrational. Now it's possible to map the "human heart".
So, here starts a research. And my objective is to find all the information I can and learn everything available about: HOW TO BRING INTELLIGENCE TO EMOTION!

As 7 fases
